CD Express Delivery in 24 Hours

Tell Express2china where you need your file delivered to in China. Enter our website and upload. Where we write them to CD Rom and deliver the CD-ROM into the hands of your Supplier within 24 working hours. These are files, which are normally too big to email.

Express2china can also deliver up to 5 pages printouts per delivery on A4. For every 30 pages printouts thereafter the customer will be charge 1 credits.

Confirmation of the delivery will be sent to you via email but you can also track your delivery from the tracking page on your account on the Express2china website.

What does it cost (Discounts for regular Express2china users)

If you are using the Express2china service on a regular basis, we like to offer our customers a credit system where you can buy from 10 to 100 credits in advance. These credits can be used either by your own company or to another client so that they can send it directly from their premises.

What is a credit
A credit is the Express2china currency. If you want us to deliver a CD into China we will charge you 1 Express2china Credit. These credits can be brought online 24/7 so if you have no Credits on your account left you simply buy more online which will replenish your account by what ever the amount is that you buy. The more Credits you buy in bulk the greater the discount you will get.

Should I compress my files?

YES - PLEASE COMPRESS YOUR FILES. You can send up to 650MB at one time so the more you compress your files the more you can send. We recommend that you use:

Are Copyright files secured and do all transmitted files remain confidential?

All files remain confidential. No one will see your files other than the intended parties. You have the option to 'Password Lock' the file with your own Password (from within "Winzip") which will be done independently prior to it going onto the Express2china Gateway. You would need to e-mail this password to the recipient independently so that they can open the file. The downloaded files are dealt with by a computerized sorting office, then each file, which is copied onto CD-ROM is labelled with your tracking number, Address and contact name. They are then transported to the requested destination; you will receive confirmation from Express2china via email confirming the Time, Date and who signed for the package once the CD Rom and print outs are delivered.

What happens if I forget my member Password?

To Ensure the security of the Express2china Service you will be responsible for your own passwords. We suggest that you take note of the password and guard it safely. In the event that you loose your password simply request your password reminder from below the members login where it states “forgotten your password” enter in your email address and your password will be emailed immediately to your email address only.

Can I send a file without a new Express2china tracking reference?

No, your file will not be forwarded to the destination without the tracking reference. If a file is sent from you without the correct code, Express2china will have no way of knowing where the file is to be sent to.

How many files / jobs can I send at once?

You can send as many files or jobs as you like so long as they are no more than 650MB in total (If more is required please contact us as there maybe a surcharge), and so long as they are all going to the same address. If you would like more than one CD delivered please consult your Account handler and they will assist you on the additional cost. 5 pages A4 print outs are included with each delivery, If you would like more than 5 pages print outs delivered please consult your Account handler and they will assist you on the cost. If you would like to send a file or job to a different address then you will have to initiate another Express2china tracking reference in order to transmit the document to the correct destination.

What happens if my file crashes during transmission?

This is something which is unavoidable. We suggest that you use FTP client software support resume broken downloads like Cuteftp (http://www.cuteftp.com/downloads/cuteftp.asp).
When a transfer is broken, you may reconnect and resume at the point where the transfer terminated. Simply try transferring the file again. When CuteFTP sees that you are replacing an existing file it will ask to "Resume, Overwrite, or Skip". Choose 'Overwrite' if you are replacing the file, choose 'Resume' to complete a broken transfer, or choose 'Skip' to cancel the operation.
We suggest that you compress the files as much as possible so that you are on line for the minimum length of time. Please e-mail technical support if you continue to have problems support@express2china.com.

How do I know that my document has arrived at the correct destination?

We have a full automated tracking system. From your members page you can access the Administration area of the site to track all your deliveries. In addition, you will receive an e-mail when your CD-ROM has been delivered to the destination. You also have the additional option to have SMS Text Messages sent to your mobile which will state the Time / Date and Who Signed for the package once delivery has been made This service may be subject to an additional surcharge at a later date of 1 credit per month.

Can I send electronic files from anywhere in the world?

Yes! So long as you have some form of communications line you will be able to send electronic documents via the Express2china service.
